What is your favorite way to relieve stress?
A few ways actually: PvP in World of Warcraft for spur of the moment - dropping everything to kill alliance always works. Late night bike riding - riding around LA when the streets are empty is kind of euphoric. Finally, shooting the shit out of paper bad guys gun range - that's about the best stress relief you can get.

I've been listening to a lot of my old hardcore records recently, originally not for any real reason other than that I wanted something fast and loud to listen to while I was riding my bike but it's not surprising that they are still some of the most exciting things I've ever heard. Gorilla Biscuits has been one of my favorite bands since the day I first heard them and I remember rushing to Daddy Kool in Sarasota the day their first full album, Start Today, was released. I still have the blue vinyl copy I bought that day, and it hasn't lost a shred of it's importance to me. Walking around the grocery store yesterday I found myself mouthing the words to "New Direction", so that would be the song currently stuck in my head. Just in case you want them so you can listen and sing, here are the lyrics.
